STRMTG

The Technical Service for Guided Transport (STRMTG) is a service with national competence, depending on the Ministry of Ecological Transition.


The STRMTG is in charge of the safety control of cable transport (cable cars, ski lifts, funiculars, etc.), guided transport (tramways, subways, railroads, etc.) and automated road transport.


The STRMTG is composed of a technical team of 130 agents spread over the national territory. The head office is based on the university campus of Grenoble and 7 territorial control offices are located close to the systems.
